The East Hararghe Zone Culture and Tourism Office preserves cultural, historical and natural heritage, promotes tourism, and works to enhance community participation..
East Hararghe Zone Culture and Tourism Office is located in Ethiopia, Oromia Regional State, East Hararghe Zone, Aboker Woreda of Harar City, 525km to the east of Addis Abeba.
3.1. Sheikh Aadam Goobaa Mosque – A historic mosque built of stone and clay, rich in Islamic heritage and Oromo cultural artifacts. Its strong minaret and sacred legacy make it a unique spiritual and tourism site.
3.2. Gefra Burka Cave: A scenic rock site with ancient pastoral paintings that tell stories of the past!.
3.3. Lij ijyasu prison house of which its remarkable architetural structure makes it a valuable site
3.4. Akudora Mosque:the mosque was built approximately 600 years ago ant The architectural style of this mosque is highly captivating .
